This is a short, plain-language description of what happens with your data on xenonplus.me. There is no legal team padding this out, so if anything is unclear, treat that as a reason to write in and ask, not a reason to assume the worst.

What we collect

If you submit the email form on this site, we collect the email address you provide. If you don't submit that form, we don't collect anything that identifies you personally. Basic, non-identifying technical data, such as the page path you visited and the referring site, is recorded for every visit to understand which pages get read. This data is not tied to your name or email unless you separately choose to give it to us.

How the mailing list is handled

Email signups are processed by Formspree, a third-party form service. We do not run our own mailing list server or install any tracking pixel beyond what's needed to receive that submission. Formspree is the only outside processor used for this purpose, and we don't pass your email to anyone else.

What we don't do

We don't sell, rent, or trade your data. We don't build advertising profiles from your visit, and we don't share your email with advertisers, data brokers, or partners of any kind.

Requesting removal

If you'd like your email address removed from our records, write to hello@xenonplus.me with the address you signed up with, and it will be removed. That's the entire process, no forms, no waiting period.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, the update will be reflected here with a new date at the top of the page.
